BOCA RATON, Fla. – From day one, first-year Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley has emphasized the importance of special teams.
Special Teams Coordinator Tyler Schovanec has been by Coach Kittley’s side from his time at Houston Christian to Texas Tech and has now been tasked to lead the third phase of the game for the Owls.
Frank Forte sat down with Coach Schovanec to discuss his long-time relationship with Coach Kittley, the techniques of a strong special teams unit, and the influence of his father, currently the president at Texas Tech.
