MEAN GREEN HAND OWLS FIRST CONFERENCE LOSS
The North Texas Mean Green took the conference series against then No.-25 Florida Atlantic last weekend, winning the first two games of the series to hand the Owls their first conference series loss of the season. The Owls remain in the first place with a 14-4 record, but the Mean Green are just two games behind at 12-6, while South Florida sits at 12-5-1.
