Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) has announced the School Choice application window for the 2025/26 school year takes place from Monday, December 2, 2024 – Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
BCPS seeks to offer innovative, personalized learning programs to meet students’ interests and prepare them for college and careers. During the School Choice application window, families can apply for magnet programs, Nova schools and reassignments to attend a school other than their assigned school.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to explore the District’s School Choice options by visiting browardschools.com/schoolchoice. Families can access information by student interest, grade level and individual school name. The School Choice application will be available online on the School Choice website beginning Monday, December 2, 2024, at 8 a.m.
Students who will be new to BCPS in the 2025/26 school year, will need a student number to submit an application. Parents and guardians can visit any school across BCPS to request a student number for the School Choice process.
