League Builds on Epic Four-Day Weekend with Global ‘NFL Experience’ Watch Parties
NEW YORK, NY — September 2, 2025 — The 2025 NFL Kickoff Weekend presented by YouTube TV marks the return of football with a four-day celebration of games and fan experiences, uniting fans around the world.
The action begins Thursday, September 4, when the defending Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles host the Dallas Cowboys in primetime on NBC.
Friday, September 5, from Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brazil, the Week 1 matchup between the reigning AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers will stream free on YouTube for fans around the world. Marking the first-ever exclusive NFL game on the platform. Kickoff weekend continues with can’t-miss matchups on Sunday and Monday.

Celebrating Football Around the World
Kicking off the league’s international games will be the NFL’s highly anticipated return to Brazil on Friday, September 5. Taking place at Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brazil, the Week 1 matchup between the reigning AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers will stream free on YouTube for fans around the world, marking the first-ever exclusive NFL game on the platform. Prior to kickoff and a curated in-game sound lineup, local Brazilian star Ana Castela will perform the country’s National Anthem Hino Nacional Brasileiro alongside GRAMMY® and Emmy nominated American composer and jazz saxophonist Kamasi Washington who will perform the U.S. National Anthem. The broadcast will also feature a halftime performance by GRAMMY® Award-winning global recording artist KAROL G, bringing music and football together on a historic night.
Last year’s game in São Paulo proved to be an overwhelming success, drawing more than 47,000 fans to Corinthians Arena and generating $61.9 million USD in local economic impact.
Coverage of the YouTube exclusive game will feature Emmy-nominated host Rich Eisen, Hall of Famer Kurt Warner, veteran reporter Stacey Dales, NFL rules analyst Terry McAulay, and YouTube Creator Deestroying on the sidelines. Pregame and postgame shows will be hosted by Kay Adams and include appearances by Cam Newton, Derek Carr, Brandon Marshall, Tyrann Mathieu, Peter Overzet and others. Throughout the game, fans can experience live commentary and real-time reactions from fan-favorite creators including iShowSpeed, Skabeche, Tom Grossi and Robegrill, by tuning into ‘Watch With’ streams on each of their channels. CazéTV will also be providing their own commentary live from Corinthians Arena. Announced on-air talent, combined with the additional creator live streams, reach more than 100 million global fans across YouTube.
As part of the 2025 NFL São Paulo game, the league will host a series of free fan installations and activations across the city during the week beginning on Aug. 31. Fans can visit Avenida Paulista to experience a giant NFL Football installation perfect for photos, while three vibrant street art murals created by renowned Brazilian artists Eduardo Kobra, Crica Monteiro and Leonardo Santos will be displayed throughout São Paulo. In addition, the city’s iconic City Hall will light up with NFL-themed projections, bringing the excitement of the game to the heart of São Paulo. To build on the global excitement around Kickoff, the league recently announced the launch of ‘NFL Experience,’ a series of official NFL watch parties and fan festivals in cities around the world, including Manchester, Berlin, Madrid, Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro, Toronto and Brisbane. Each NFL Experience will feature live game screenings, football-inspired activities, exclusive giveaways and appearances from NFL Legends, giving fans the opportunity to participate in Kickoff Weekend celebrations in different markets across the globe.
On a Local Level
NFL Clubs are also activating across their local communities and around the world. Domestically, teams are leaning into the excitement of Kickoff with large-scale viewing parties, rallies, and unique fan moments, from the Ravens welcoming 4,000 fans to M&T Bank Stadium for a Sunday Night Football watch party featuring the Ying Yang Twins, to the Falcons bringing back their Dirty Birds Rally with a special performance by T.I., to the Bills commemorating the final home opener at Highmark Stadium with a drone show. Internationally, Clubs are showing up in a big way in Brazil around the historic São Paulo Game, with the Chiefs and Chargers leading flag football clinics and multi-day fan activations, while also giving back through initiatives like the Chiefs’ Red Friday fundraising for Ronald McDonald House in Brazil.
During Kickoff weekend, the NFL alongside local partners, will also come together to make a positive impact throughout the Philadelphia community. During the week in Philadelphia, the NFL will host a variety of events and activations, including an NFL Green community greening project at a South Philadelphia Park, a Character Playbook Speaker Series event to promote youth mental wellness and character education with local school children, and an Inspire Change event with NFL partner Little Caesars to support underserved communities in North Philadelphia. In addition, the NFL will also provide financial support to local Philadelphia organizations that support the LGBTQ community and assist survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 2
- NFL Green Tree Planting and PLAY 60 Kickoff Event (Philadelphia, PA): NFL Green, the league’s sustainability initiative, the Philadelphia Eagles and local non-profits will host a special community greening project in connection with the opening kickoff game of the 2025 NFL season. At this event, volunteers will plant trees at a youth sports complex in South Philadelphia, providing increased tree coverage and shade for local youth athletes. In addition, local students from the School District of Philadelphia will participate in PLAY 60 youth flag football activities.
- Super Bowl LIX Philadelphia Bus Tour (Philadelphia, PA; 11 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. ET): Eagles Legend Brandon Graham, Eagles Cheerleaders, SWOOP, and DJ Diamond Kuts will travel through Philadelphia on the Super Bowl LIX bus, with stops at Saint Joseph’s University, Comcast Center Plaza, and the Conshohocken Business District to surprise and delight fans with giveaways and photo opportunities.

- NFL Kickoff Eve on NBC and Peacock (10 p.m. ET): On Wednesday, Sept. 3, the Good Morning Football crew of Jamie Erdahl, Kyle Brandt, Manti Te’o and Sherree Burruss, along with two-time Super Bowl champion Brandon Graham head to primetime hosting the NFL Kickoff Eve special at 10 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock. Live from Lincoln Financial Field ahead of the Dallas Cowboys-Philadelphia Eagles NFL Kickoff ’25 game on Thursday, Sept. 4, the one-hour show previews the season and features exclusive interviews with Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer, Eagles running back Saquon Barkley, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton and Los Angeles Chargers safety Derwin James. NBC Sports’ Football Night in America host Maria Taylor, former Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett and three-time Super Bowl champion Devin McCourty will also appear in the NFL Kickoff Eve special.
- NFL + Little Caesars’ Love Kitchen Kickoff Event (Philadelphia, PA): NFL Inspire Change, the league’s social justice initiative, and Little Caesars® Love Kitchen® will team up to host a celebratory and impactful event serving hot pizza to local community members at Project HOME. With over 24 locations in Philadelphia, Project HOME provides daily meals through their comprehensive programs to those who experience food insecurity. - NFL Character Playbook Speaker Series – Kickoff Event (Philadelphia, PA): The NFL Character Playbook Speaker Series – Kickoff Event will bring together panelists from around the league, the Philadelphia Eagles, students local to Philadelphia, and students from across the country who have participated in Character Playbook to discuss themes found in the course, Character Playbook – Building Healthy Relationships. Local Philadelphia students will have the opportunity to gather for a live panel discussion and participate in activities around character education and mental wellness. At the event, NFL partner Microsoft will provide local teachers with tickets to the annual NFL Kickoff game when the Philadelphia Eagles host the Dallas Cowboys.
